Military Packaging:

Thosani’s facility and staff are equipped to handle all material, from heavy equipment to delicate electro-mechanical assemblies. Our personnel are experts in meeting any mil-spec packaging requirements. Our inventory management system, ensures we have stock of all necessary military packing material to meet our customers’ needs in a timely manner.

Thosani conforms to all applicable government quality and packaging standards, including the following:

• Unit Bar-code labels
• Military shipping labels (MSL)
• Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags
• Unique Identifier (UID) labels
• Wide Area Workflow (WAWF)

Quality Control:

Thosani is committed to meeting the government’s stringent quality standards. Thosani’s quality control system is in strict conformance with the requirements of MIL-I-45208A and MIL-STD-45662, both tailored to ISO 9001:2008, which are approved by DCMA Philadelphia.

Thosani works closely with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) to ensure the material and packaging requirements on all government contracts is fulfilled at our facility prior to sending to our military end user.
